Grace Ghias
As the Manager of Analytics and Process Improvement, Grace Ghias (she/her) is situated in the Office of the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, where she directs a portfolio of special projects in all areas of Administration and Finance. To this end, she leads a team of data analysts and provides support in executive search processes. In addition, Grace serves as a collaborative touchpoint across Administration and Finance, aiding in the alignment of initiatives with the university’s strategic plan. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director of Occupancy & Systems Management in the LMU Student Housing Office.
Grace joined LMU in 2015 and is a graduate of LMU’s School of Education, holding a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
