Dear LMU Community:

I am saddened to share with you that Bianca Red Arrow, an undergraduate student, died today, Monday, November 6, 2017, at an off-campus location in Redondo Beach. The cause of Bianca’s death is being investigated by law enforcement authorities. She was 19 years old. 

Bianca was a sophomore and majored in Political Science with a minor in Theatre Arts. She was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta. We will remember her with a plaque bearing her name at our student memorial, Ad Astra per Aspera.

Our community will gather in vigil on the steps of Sacred Heart Chapel tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. Funeral arrangements will be determined soon. Condolences for her family may be sent to the Dean of Students Office in Malone 301.

Please keep Bianca, her family, and her friends in your thoughts and prayers.
